1. Go to the bottom of our website and click the underlined link labeled ‘User Settings’.
  2. Log in, leaving your password blank if you do not have one.
  3. Click on the boxes for the emails that you wish to unsubscribe from so that they are empty, without check marks.
  4. Click on the boxes of any emails that you wish to add or continue, so that they show up as being checked.
  5. Click ‘Update’. Your emails subscriptions will be changed.
